Patrick Callanan, guitar
Patrick has been a professional musician for 50 years, including work with such local bands as Screaming Gypsy Bandits, Crab Nebula, Cottonmouth, and Clear Sailing. Although primarily a guitarist, he also plays electric bass, upright bass, fiddle, viola, cello, banjo, mandolin, dobro, lap steel and pedal steel. Woodwinds are a hobby. He also tunes pianos, builds and repairs stringed instruments, and repairs woodwinds. Over the years he has played nearly every style of Classical and American music.

H.E. Cicada Brokaw Dennis, Composer
Multimedia, Soundscapes, Interactive visuals and sound, eco-musicology. I enjoy collaborating with others. My experience includes working with visual artists, dancers and choreographers. I hold a DMA in Music Composition from Temple University.
Guy M. Hardy, oboe
Guy is retired oboist, formally with the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra. He also played with the Southern Indiana Wind Ensemble and the Bloomington Community Band. He served on the Board of the BSO, and is a founding member of the Arts Alliance. Guy also taught oboists of all ages.
Leo Quirk, bassoonist
An aspiring photographer and musician, Leo Quirk is inspired by the simple and natural beauty of the earth and people across the globe.
His creative nature led Mr. Quirk to double-major in two artistic fields at Indiana University under internationally-acclaimed professors whose tutelage continues to refine his work to the point that it takes him around the world. email
Danielle is a professional flutist and music educator with Kodály certification. She specializes in individual flute and musicianship lessons that emphasize developing the ear and the whole musician. She has experience as an orchestral flutist, an elementary music specialist, and with the Indiana University Children's Choir.
Marcus Simmons teaches piano, viola, violin, and voice. He is a graduate from the Doctor of Music Program at IU. Marcus plays several instruments and has extensive experience in musical performances here and abroad. Please email for available lesson times.
Tanager String Quartet
Since 1997, the Tanager String Quartet has specialized in performing for wedding ceremonies, receptions and other special occasions in the central and southern Indiana area. They are all professional musicians and rehearse together on a weekly basis. These professionals truly enjoy playing music and take great pride in what they do!
