Since that time, Arthur Murray's professionally trained and certified instructors have helped thousands of people in the Bloomington community discover the many benefits of learning to dance. Not only does the staff at Arthur Murray love teaching people to dance, they also love being part of Barbara's local charity event, Dancing With The Celebrities; an event Barbara created in 2006 to help raise money for local non-for-profits. Since that time, the event has helped raise over $900,000 for those organizations. Barbara couldn't be more proud of her Arthur Murray staff!

It is her goal to share what she loves about dance with those around her in the classes and workshops that she teaches in Bloomington and the surrounding area. She believes in accepting and encourage each other, creating safe spaces and introducing dance into people's lives in whatever way works best for them. Kay joined Windfall Dancers in 1995, and became President of their Board of Directors in 1997, and has served in that capacity ever since. She is still an active member of the company. Kay created and directs the Reading Through Movement Literacy Project. ![]() Windfall Dancers
